Veterinarian costs will be charged to you.
Contribution medical costs: €2 per day per medicine.

PAYMENTS
If you are booking a stay at our resort for the first time, we would like to get to know you and your pet during a trial overnight stay.
At the end of this trial night, you will have the opportunity to pay 50% of the total booking amount as a deposit. This will finalize your reservation.
If your pet has stayed at our resort before, you can make your reservation, and you will receive an invoice for it. A 50% deposit is due within 10 calendar days of making the reservation. (Please note that the day of arrival and the day of departure are considered full days).
If the booking is made less than 10 calendar days before arrival, the deposit must be paid immediately.
The full amount must be paid upon arrival for the stay, or when you bring your pet.
In case of cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded minus €35 administrative costs.
Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.

When you reserve a spot for your pet with us, we ask for as much information as possible. This allows us to take good care of your animal, and they will quickly feel at home. Please consider dietary requirements, medications, and specific habits. We believe it's important that you leave your dog with us with peace of mind, so that both you and your pet have a wonderful time.
